SUMMARY:Battle of the Paddle Competition
DESCRIPTION:The Battle of the Paddle Tournament will be held on Saturday & Sunday\, September 26th & 27th at Rymer courts. This is a two-day team event.  There will be 4 teams of 25 players. \nAll teams will have an equal number of men and women and an equal number for each rating category. \nAll players must commit to participating on both days: 8 – 4 on Saturday and 7:30 – 3:15 on Sunday.  You will not be playing continuously\, but you’ll need to be available both days. Please don’t sign up if you can’t commit to both days\, as it will create a scheduling nightmare. \nOnce the teams have been organized and the schedule is set\, everyone will be informed of their daily playing schedule. \nThe tournament will consist of a team skills competition\, dinking-only round robins\, and men’s\, women’s\, and mixed round robins by rating. The tournament includes:\nTwo days of play\nLunch at the courts on Saturday\nDrinks and snacks at the courts\nAwards Dinner at the Reserve Club Sunday night with a cash bar\, dinner\, dessert and music.\nThe cost for players is $50.  Players may bring a guest to the dinner.  The cost for a guest is $68. \nThe tournament is limited to 100 players and registration fills up fast.
